Bodyweight Series for Beginners

If you have no workout equipment at home, or no gym membership, this beginner-friendly bodyweight workout will be a great way to burn some calories and get your body moving. Pay special attention to your form during all of these exercises!

1. Jumping jacks with shin tap
2. Plank with shoulder tap
3. High knees
4. Bridges
5. Squats
